Customer Service:

Our customer service team is taking a well deserved break. We won't be available from 24th Dec - January 5th. We will answer any emails, questions and queries once we return for 2026. 

Warehouse Hours:

Orders can still be placed online 24/7, however dispatch times will be affected. Shipping will resume as normal with dispatch on weekdays from 5th of January 2026.

Delivery Delays

Due to reduced operating hours and increased courier volumes during this period, delivery delays are expected, even after your order has been dispatched. Courier timeframes may vary and are outside of our control.
