We're proud to offer NZ wide and overseas shipping! Delivery times stated are estimates, and may change due to network delays.
NZ Orders:
- NZ Post 1-4 business days
Australian Orders:
The customer can choose DHL or Aus Post for delivery.
- DHL 2-5 business days
- Aus Post 5-12 business days
Pacific Island and New Caledonian Orders:
- DHL 2-7 business days
NZ Orders:
- Orders under $100 - $5.99
- Orders over $99 - Free
Australian Orders:
Orders under $300
- DHL - $22

Please contact us for a custom DHL quote for countries outside of NZ and Australia.
If your order has not arrived within the indicated time frame. Please contact the courier company.
True Grit does not contact courier companies on the customer's behalf. Once your order is handed over to the courier company, it is in their control and all contact regarding its delivery must be between the courier company and the customer.
Once an order is in progress, we are unable to make any changes.

Our tracking is sent automatically to your email address.
Check your junk or promotion folder in your email for your tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
You need to notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and return your order to us within 10 working days.
We'll send you our returns form, along with a delivery address, and we'll handle the rest!
Please Note: Exchange inspection times may vary.
Please email us with your intent to change your mind on your order. We cannot accept change of mind on orders already shipped.
We reserve the right to withhold a card fee (4%) for the original payment processing.

The team will assess and inspect your return upon arrival, and contact you with the outcome.
You have to cover the return freight back to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, and providing the team with the tracking details.
